Our Direct Cremation service is priced at £1,195. This includes the collection of your loved one from their home, care home, or hospital, the provision of a simple coffin, cremation at a local crematorium, and the return of ashes in a simple container.

Direct Cremation Plus is an upgraded version of our standard direct cremation service. For £1,895, this service includes everything offered in the standard direct cremation, with the added option of a private farewell for up to 8-10 family members in our chapel before the cremation. The service also includes:

• Music played during the farewell.
• Personal tributes such as a short message or memorialisation of your loved one.

A more intimate, personal experience for close family members to say their final goodbye in a peaceful and respectful setting.

• Collection of your loved one from their home, care home, or hospital.
• Provision of a simple coffin for the cremation.
• Transport to a local crematorium for the cremation.
• Cremation at a local crematorium with no formal service.
• Return of ashes within 5 working days in a simple container.

In addition to the items included in the standard Direct Cremation service, Direct Cremation Plus includes:

• Private farewell in our chapel for up to 8-10 family members.
• Music played during the farewell.
• Personal tributes such as a brief message or words of remembrance.
• Additional support from our team to ensure a respectful and dignified farewell.

Yes, we offer an option to dress your loved one in their own clothes for a respectful farewell. The fee for this service is £50. This provides an added level of personalisation for the farewell.

Yes, we offer a video recording service of the arrival of your loved one at the crematorium for family and friends to watch. This is a special service that allows you to share the moment with those who are unable to be present.

Once the cremation has been completed, your loved one’s ashes will be returned to you in a simple, dignified container. The ashes will typically be returned within 5 working days of the cremation.

With Direct Cremation Plus, you can hold a private farewell in our chapel before the cremation. This allows family members to say their goodbyes in a peaceful and private setting, with the option of playing music and offering personal tributes. This is a flexible option that ensures families can say farewell on their terms.

Yes, if you require our services outside of normal business hours, there is a additional charge for out-of-hours callouts. This applies to both the collection of your loved one and any other out-of-hours services.
