Company Director
With over 20 years in the funeral industry, Louise brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Having worked in Westbury on Trym, Bristol, Louise is passionate about providing families with exactly what they need, when they need it. She finds it a privilege to offer advice and support, ensuring families receive the right service at the right price. Louise believes in open, honest conversations, and invites families to have an informal chat at any time.
Chris Wilshire
Company Director
Chris has dedicated the last 18 years to the funeral profession, finding it more of a vocation than a career. He is deeply committed to helping families navigate difficult times and will personally guide you through every aspect of the funeral process. As a small, local funeral home, Chris ensures every family receives the care and attention they deserve.
Craig Webb
Funeral Director / Administrator
Craig began his journey in the funeral industry in 2012, working alongside Louise in Westbury on Trym. After a brief break, Craig returned to the funeral profession in December 2021, joining the team at Direct Cremation Bristol. He values meeting families, hearing their stories, and ensuring every service is personalized to their needs. Outside of work, Craig enjoys rugby, skittles, camping, and spending time with his four young children.
